RPM rents lights to Film & TV productions, and live events.

We require a warehouse associate to help pack/unpack customer orders, load/unload onto trucks, and do some deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in setting up lights for film and live events.
Job Description:

Report to the Lighting Shop Supervisor.
-
Assist the Lighting Shop Supervisor with all shop operations.
-
Process orders and returns and maintain equipment flows as it relates to incoming and outgoing gear, including prep and de prep, and demos, using the Flex Inventory Management system.

Ensure that outgoing orders are complete and properly packaged and marked.

Fulfill all lighting/rigging sub-rentals as they pertain to active quotes or jobs.

Maintain and update Flex Inventory Management system as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and order of the warehouse as it pertains to the lighting department, including trash removal, floor cleaning and common area cleanliness.

Assess damage of returned products, relay damages to the Lighting Shop Supervisor.

Assist with the cleaning, testing, maintenance, and repair process of rental equipment.

Report missing equipment to Lighting Shop Supervisor.

Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed and identify and report to your supervisor new procedures as required.

Adheres to standard operating policies and procedures, including proper handling of paperwork and documentation.

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients on the phone, through electronic communications and in person.

Communicate and present in a professional, respectful, appropriate and efficient manner

Competently deal with challenging situations such as customer complaints professionally

Operating a Forklift is required. Experience is an asset, training is available. Please do not apply if you do not want to drive a forklift.

Driver’s License required.

Full time Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

One hour unpaid lunch break.

Weekends and extended hours occasionally required
-
Overtime at a rate of 1.5 hourly will be paid for hours worked in excess of 44 hours per week.

Training will be provided for, and paid for, by the company.

Some travel may be required.
