Position: Sales Advisors/New Business Development
I. JOB SUMMARY
RPM Lights Inc is a small, niche rental company of LED light fixtures catering to film, tv and live event productions mostly in the GTA and across Canada.
This high-profile position reports to the General Manager and works closely with the VP of Operations to develop the film & tv customer segment. Ideal candidates are energetic with knowledge and/or experience in tv and film industry and/or production lighting.
Primarily responsible for New Account Acquisition, this role will identify new contacts in tv and film and establish rewarding relationships.
For candidates looking for growth, challenge and commitment, there is potential to build the sales division within the Company.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enthusiastic outreach to potential clients within the film & tv industry, including production companies, crew, freelancers, and production suppliers.

Establish relationships, identify client needs and provide insightful solutions using product, pricing, timing, shipping & location, installation (when required) and budget requirements.

Create lasting partnerships exceeding customer expectations with exceptional sales experience and customer service.

Identify new opportunities as new productions/projects arise.

Work closely with internal staff for quotes, fulfillment, create opportunities, and influence decision making that support activities that contribute to the overall success of the Company.

Identify and work closely with industry leaders to acquire knowledge, identify market shifts, utilize expertise, and capitalize on their networks.

Maintain accurate customer profiles and use Flex software to quote, collect and store data

Identify/recruit potential sales team.

A. Education and Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/production/business development in tv & film industry.
